1. Right of return - 14 calendar days

You have the right to return Endora Metabolic Reserve within 14 calendar days of the date you receive your order, without giving any reason. This applies to unopened products in their original, undamaged condition.

2. Opened products

Once the tamper-evident seal on the product has been broken, the product cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal. This exception applies because Endora Metabolic Reserve is a sealed food supplement and its safety cannot be guaranteed once opened. This is a standard exclusion under consumer protection law for sealed goods that are not suitable for return after opening for hygiene or health protection reasons.

3. How to initiate a return

To arrange a return, contact us within 14 days of receipt by emailing [email protected] or by calling +64 9 887 4231 (Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00 NZST). Our team will provide a return address and instructions. Please include your order reference and contact details in all correspondence.

4. Return postage

You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the product was delivered in error or is genuinely defective. We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. As payment was made on delivery (cash or card), refunds will be issued by bank transfer to an account you nominate. We will contact you to arrange this.

6. Cancellation before dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before the parcel is dispatched - free of charge. Call or email us or, during the confirmation call, simply tell our team member you no longer wish to proceed. Alternatively, you may refuse to accept the parcel at the door at no cost to you.

7. Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a product that is defective or different from what you ordered, we will cover all return postage costs and issue a full refund or replacement at your choice.
